Stephanie Maurice is a Customer Success leader at N-able, currently managing the CSM 1–9 motion supporting MSP partners across renewals, growth, and overall experience. Her path into tech was non-traditional, coming from a background in wedding and event planning, where she built a strong foundation in hospitality, organization, and customer care. Since joining N-able four years ago, Stephanie has held multiple roles, earned President’s Club honors three times, successfully onboarded over 70 percent of a strategic buyer group, and helped scale new programs and teams. She is passionate about coaching others, streamlining processes, and encouraging women to take bold career leaps.
