Parekh has more than 25 years of global capital markets and operational experience in the high growth Technology, Media, Telecommunications and Consumer Internet industries, both as an advisor and senior executive. Prior to joining RingCentral, Parekh was CFO of Hewlett Packard Enterprise’s (HPE) Communication Technology Group, and Senior Vice President of Finance, Strategy and Corporate Development, as well as Investor Relations. Her responsibilities included mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, business integration and performance management.

As RingCentral’s Chief Revenue Officer, Carson Hostetter leads global sales including all direct, channel, and strategic partners. Under his watch the team has continued to grow and thrive with a strong partner ecosystem, continued enterprise growth, accelerated momentum with small and medium business; and increased customer retention. He also plays a key role leading strategic partnerships.

An 11 year veteran of RingCentral, Kira Makagon serves as Chief Innovation Officer where she leads global product, user experience, engineering, cloud operations, security, and IT. She has been a critical driver in defining RingCentral’s product strategy and global reach that has put RingCentral at the forefront of the communications and collaboration market, leading to rapid year-over-year growth from pre-IPO to over $1.5 billion in annual recurring revenue.
